It’s such a new experience
that when I embrace my
most hurt part
When I dance with her
hug her
listen to her
smile at her
with compassion
I also feel the highest joy
and love I ever could
I experience Jesus
in one of the truest ways
because He embraces
my greatest hurt
and He dances with it
hugs it
smiles at it with compassion
I somehow
express Jesus to myself
and that is beautiful
