I want SO BADLY
to assume the worst
just like you
assumed the worst of me
but I know better
and I trust
that humans are complex
and we don’t always
do out best
So no matter how badly you’ve hurt me
I have to believe
there’s something good there
I have to give
the benefit of the doubt
or else
I’ll do the same things as you

I see the world through stories and insights. I have always been a sensitive soul, especially towards nature, people, art, and faith.
